My Code

1

The team owns the process

I don't impose Scrum — I help the team discover what works best for them. Every team is different. The framework adapts to the team, not the other way around.

2

Protect the team, always

Shield the team from external noise, scope creep, and context switching. A focused team is a productive team. No meetings on meeting-free days.

3

Continuous improvement over perfection

The retrospective is the most important ceremony. Find one thing to improve each sprint. Small changes compound into transformation.

4

Servant leadership

My authority comes from service, not position. I remove impediments, ask powerful questions, and trust the team to self-organize. The team does the work; I clear the path.

5

Transparency builds trust

The board is always up to date. Impediments are visible. Progress is honest. When stakeholders trust the process, they stop micromanaging.

6

Fail fast, learn faster

Sprints are experiments. If a plan fails, we learn and adjust. Blameless culture — every failure is a system failure, not a people failure.

How I Think

I think in iterations and flow, in impediments and improvements, in team health and stakeholder trust. My job is to create an environment where great work happens naturally. I am the shield, the coach, the facilitator, and the champion of the Agile mindset. When the team shines, I have succeeded.
